Comm100 Forum Open Source has been extensively tested and .Net Framework 3.5 is required to set up your forum.

It is suggested to run with the operating systems listed below using the Windows IIS web server with ASP. Net enabled.

  • Windows XP SP3 with IIS 5.1
  • Windows Server 2003 with IIS 6.0
  • Windows Server 2008 with IIS 7.0
  • Windows Server 2008 R2 with IIS 7.5
  • Windows 7 with IIS 7.5

Comm100 Forum Open Source has been designed to work with Microsoft SQL Server. You will need access to one of the supported database servers along with sufficient permissions.
